Down-flow Rotary Kiln:

Suitable for low moisture, high volatile materials, the down-flow operation mode is widely used in waste incineration systems. It offers advantages such as lower temperature at the kiln head, simplified arrangement for feeding and maintenance, and effective control measures to prevent melting slag from high calorific value waste.

Counter-flow Rotary Kiln:

Designed for waste materials with higher moisture content and low flammability, the counter-flow rotary kiln is ideal for sludge drying purposes. It ensures efficient drying and release of volatile water with higher flue gas temperature and extended contact time between flue gas and materials.
