The Liquid Waste Furnace is designed with a vertical or horizontal structure, featuring a refractory pouring system. The main components for feeding include a waste liquid storage tank, filter, pressure transmitters, waste liquid pump, automatic regulating valve, flow meter, atomizer, compressed air, and pressure transmitters. The waste liquid spray gun utilizes pressure from the pump and compressed air for efficient atomization into the furnace.

The waste liquid pipeline is made of corrosion-resistant materials with a dual filter system to prevent nozzle blockage. Special design is required for incinerating waste liquid containing salt, with precise temperature control necessary to prevent salt melting. Proportional burner adjustment is crucial for maintaining stable furnace temperature.
