Introduction of the Product:

 

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is equipped with a regenerative chamber, oxidation chamber, fan, and more. It efficiently absorbs heat during the waste gas oxidation process, reducing heat emissions and maintaining a high thermal efficiency of about 98%. The equipment is known for its safety, reliability, ease of operation and maintenance, low operating costs, and high VOCs removal rate.

 

Operational Principle:

 

The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber, where it undergoes VOCs oxidation at approximately 800 ºC. The treated gas passes through another regenerator for heat treatment before being discharged from the RTO system.

 

Processing Objects:

 

RTO is suitable for various chemical plants, treating exhaust gases from reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It is ideal for large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC concentrations below 5000PPM.

 

Processing Capacity:

 

5000-100000Nm3/h, with zeolite runner concentration support exceeding 100,000 square hours.
