Down-flow Rotary Kiln:

Suitable for low moisture, high volatile materials, the down-flow operation mode simplifies waste incineration systems. It ensures lower temperature at the kiln head, easy operation, and maintenance, with control means to prevent melting slag from high calorific value waste.

Counter-flow Rotary Kiln:

Designed for waste materials with higher moisture content and low flammability, the counter-flow kiln is ideal for sludge drying. It requires higher flue gas temperature and longer contact time for effective drying and volatile water release.

Processing Object:

Chemical waste residue, sludge, electronic products, household waste, medical waste, lithium electronics industry waste, as well as waste liquid and exhaust gas.
