Introduction of the Product:

 

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a cutting-edge environmental solution that efficiently treats waste gas emissions. It utilizes a regenerative chamber to absorb heat during the oxidation process, resulting in high thermal efficiency and reduced heat emissions. With safety, reliability, and low operating costs, RTO offers a high VOCs removal rate.

 

Operational Principle:

 

The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber, where it undergoes high-temperature oxidation to decompose VOCs into CO2 and H2O. The treated gas is then discharged after passing through a regenerator for heat treatment.

 

Processing Objects:

 

RTO is ideal for chemical plants dealing with various production processes, such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It effectively treats large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC concentrations below 5000PPM.

 

Processing Capacity:

 

RTO can handle 5000-100000Nm3/h with zeolite runner concentration support exceeding 100,000 square hours.
