Down-flow Rotary Kiln:

Suitable for low moisture, high volatile materials, this operation mode is ideal for waste incineration systems. It offers advantages such as lower kiln head temperature, simplified feed arrangement, and effective control means for preventing melting slag.

Counter-flow Rotary Kiln:

Designed for waste materials with higher moisture content, this kiln is perfect for sludge drying. It requires higher flue gas temperature and longer contact time for effective drying and volatile water release.
