Down-flow Rotary Kiln:

Suitable for low moisture, high volatile materials, the down-flow operation mode simplifies waste incineration systems. It offers a lower kiln head temperature, easy operation, and maintenance, along with control measures to prevent melting slag from high calorific value waste.

Counter-flow Rotary Kiln:

Designed for waste materials with higher moisture content, the counter-flow kiln is ideal for sludge drying. It ensures effective drying and volatile water release with higher flue gas temperature and extended contact time.

Processing Object:
