Down-flow Rotary Kiln:

Perfect for low moisture, high volatile materials, the down-flow operation mode simplifies waste incineration systems. It offers lower kiln head temperatures, easy operation, and maintenance, along with control measures to prevent slag melting.

Counter-flow Rotary Kiln:

Designed for waste with higher moisture content and low flammability, ideal for sludge drying. It requires higher flue gas temperatures and longer contact times for effective drying.
