RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a cutting-edge solution for efficiently treating exhaust gases. It utilizes a regenerative chamber, an oxidation chamber, and a fan to achieve high thermal efficiency (approximately 98%). By preheating incoming exhaust gas using heat absorbed during the oxidation process, RTO minimizes heat emissions and loss, ensuring effective VOCs removal.
The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber, where it undergoes high-temperature oxidation (around 800 ºC). This process decomposes VOCs into CO2 and H2O, with the treated gas passing through another regenerator for heat treatment before discharge.
RTO is ideal for various chemical plants, handling exhaust gases from reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It excels in treating large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases (VOCs concentration not exceeding 5000PPM).
RTO can process 5000-100000Nm3/h, with support for concentrations exceeding 100,000 square hours using zeolite runners.
