Down-flow Rotary Kiln:

Suitable for low moisture, high volatile materials, the down-flow operation mode is widely used in waste incineration systems. It offers advantages like lower temperature at the kiln head, simplified feed arrangement, and control means to prevent melting slag from high calorific value waste.

Counter-flow Rotary Kiln:

Designed for waste materials with higher moisture content and low flammability, the counter-flow rotary kiln is ideal for sludge drying. It ensures effective drying and full release of volatile water with higher flue gas temperature and longer contact time.
