Introduction of the Product:

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a cutting-edge environmental solution that efficiently treats waste gas emissions. It features a regenerative chamber, oxidation chamber, fan, and more to ensure high thermal efficiency (around 98%) and a high VOCs removal rate.

Operational Principle:

The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber, where it is heated to 800 ºC for VOC oxidation. The treated gas then goes through another regenerator for heat treatment before being discharged.

Processing Objects:

RTO is ideal for chemical plants dealing with various production processes, such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and coating operations. It effectively treats large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC levels below 5000PPM.

Processing Capacity:

RTO can handle 5000-100000Nm3/h, with zeolite runner concentration support exceeding 100,000 square hours.
