Down-flow Rotary Kiln:

Suitable for low moisture, high volatile materials, the down-flow operation mode is widely used in waste incineration systems. It offers advantages such as lower temperature at the kiln head, simplified arrangement for feed and air intake, and effective control means to prevent melting slag from high calorific value waste.

Counter-flow Rotary Kiln:

This type is ideal for waste materials with higher moisture content and low flammability, designed primarily for sludge drying. It ensures efficient drying and release of volatile water, with high heat conduction efficiency for maximum mass and heat transfer.
