RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a cutting-edge environmental solution designed by Jiangsu Wanxin Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. It efficiently treats waste gas by utilizing a regenerative chamber, oxidation chamber, and fan. The innovative design allows for heat absorption during the oxidation process, leading to reduced emissions and high thermal efficiency.

Operational Principle:

The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber, where it undergoes high-temperature oxidation to decompose VOCs. The treated gas is then passed through a regenerator for further heat treatment before being discharged from the system.

Processing Objects:

RTO is ideal for chemical plants dealing with various production processes, such as reactors, centrifuges, and coating operations. It effectively treats large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases, with VOC concentrations typically below 5000PPM.

Processing Capacity:
