Down-flow Rotary Kiln:

Suitable for low moisture, high volatile materials, the down-flow operation mode is widely used in waste incineration systems. It offers advantages such as lower temperature at the kiln head, simplified feed arrangement, and control means to prevent melting slag from high calorific value waste.

Counter-flow Rotary Kiln:

Designed for waste materials with higher moisture content and low flammability, the counter-flow rotary kiln is ideal for sludge drying purposes. It ensures effective drying of materials and complete combustion of flue gas.

Processing Object:

The Rotary Incineration Kiln can handle various waste types including chemical waste residue, sludge, electronic products, household waste, and medical waste. It is also capable of processing waste liquid and exhaust gas.
