The Liquid Waste Furnace is designed with a vertical or horizontal structure, featuring a refractory pouring system. It includes components such as a waste liquid storage tank, filter, pressure transmitters, waste liquid pump, automatic regulating valve, flow meter, atomizer, compressed air, and waste liquid spray gun for efficient feeding into the furnace.

The waste liquid pipeline is made of corrosion-resistant materials with a dual filter system to prevent nozzle blockage. Special design is required for incinerating waste liquid containing salt, with precise temperature control and proportional burner adjustment to maintain temperature fluctuations within 5°C.
