Introduction of the Product:

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a cutting-edge environmental solution that efficiently treats exhaust gases. It features a regenerative chamber, oxidation chamber, and fan, ensuring high thermal efficiency (about 98%) and a high VOCs removal rate.

Operational Principle:

The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber, where it is oxidized at approximately 800 ºC. The resulting gas undergoes further heat treatment before being discharged from the system.

Processing Objects:

RTO is ideal for chemical plants dealing with reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It effectively treats large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC concentrations below 5000PPM.

Processing Capacity:

RTO can handle 5000-100000Nm3/h with zeolite runner concentration support exceeding 100,000 square hours.
