Introduction of the Product:

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a cutting-edge environmental solution that efficiently treats exhaust gases while minimizing heat emissions. It features a regenerative chamber, oxidation chamber, and fan, ensuring high thermal efficiency of about 98%.

Operational Principle:

The organic exhaust gas undergoes preheating in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber, where VOCs are oxidized at approximately 800 ºC. The treated gas is then discharged after passing through another regenerator.

Processing Objects:

RTO is ideal for chemical plants dealing with reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It excels in treating large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC concentrations below 5000PPM.

Processing Capacity:

RTO can handle 5000-100000Nm3/h with zeolite runner concentration support exceeding 100,000 square hours.
