Introduction of the Product:

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a cutting-edge environmental solution offered by Jiangsu Wanxin Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. It efficiently treats waste gas through a regenerative chamber, oxidation chamber, and fan, reducing heat emissions and maintaining high thermal efficiency during the oxidation process.

Operational Principle:

The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber, where it is heated to approximately 800 ºC for VOCs oxidation. The treated gas then undergoes heat treatment in another regenerator before being discharged from the RTO system.

Processing Objects:

RTO is ideal for chemical plants dealing with exhaust gas from reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It excels in treating large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC concentrations below 5000PPM.

Processing Capacity:

RTO can handle 5000-100000Nm3/h with zeolite runner concentration support exceeding 100,000 square hours.
