Down-flow Rotary Kiln:


Perfect for low moisture, high volatile materials, the down-flow operation mode is widely used in waste incineration systems. It boasts advantages like lower kiln head temperature, simplified feed arrangement, and easy operation and maintenance. This type also includes control measures to prevent melting slag from high calorific value waste.



Counter-flow Rotary Kiln:


Designed for waste materials with higher moisture content and low flammability, the counter-flow rotary kiln is ideal for sludge drying. It requires higher flue gas temperature and longer contact time for effective drying and volatile water release.



Processing Object:


Chemical waste residue, sludge, electronic products, household waste, medical waste, lithium electronics industry waste, as well as waste liquid and exhaust gas.
