Liquid waste furnace is designed with a vertical or horizontal structure, typically featuring a refractory pouring. The main components for feeding include: a waste liquid storage tank, a filter, a pressure transmitter, a waste liquid pump, an automatic regulating valve for feeding, a flow meter, an atomizer, compressed air and another pressure transmitter. The waste liquid spray gun utilizes the pressures from both the waste liquid pump and the compressed air to achieve atomization of the waste liquid through the spray gun, allowing for efficient feeding of the waste liquid into the furnace.
The waste liquid pipeline is constructed using corrosion-resistant materials, taking into full consideration the corrosive nature of the waste liquid. Additionally, a filter is employed to eliminate large particles present in the waste liquid. Furthermore, this filter system incorporates dual filters to address any potential issues with nozzle blockage.
However, the incinerator for waste liquid containing salt requires special design, necessitating the complete combustion of organic matter in the waste liquid while preventing salt from melting. Therefore, it is crucial to implement precise temperature control. In the temperature control system, achieving temperature regulation solely through the furnace structure is not sufficient; proportional adjustment must be employed when selecting burners to maintain furnace temperature fluctuations within approximately 5°C. Additionally, careful attention should be given to the selection and placement of refractory materials due to potential adsorption of trace amounts of molten salt dust on the furnace walls, which can lead to infiltration and damage.

Technical advantages:
1. For the salty waste liquid furnace, the furnace body features a vertical structure, with a settling chamber, segmented water cooling and an automatic ash device, facilitating the efficient settling, cooling and ash removal of salt slag.
2. The waste liquid is atomized into a fine mist state by the atomizer nozzle in the atomization system, allowing it to come into full contact with the air inside the waste liquid furnace. This focusing principle facilitates rapid water evaporation and complete organic matter fully pyrolysis;
3. The furnace incorporates a micro negative pressure design for normal combustion and implements an interlock control system between the induced-draft fan and the furnace's negative pressure, effectively eliminating tempering phenomena and enhancing operational safety.
4. Considering the volatile nature of the combustion waste liquid, it is essential to set the light long open in order maintain an open flame within the furnace. This precaution ensures that any sudden quenching of the waste liquid inside the furnace does not result in explosion when reigniting.
5. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance and operation, and is equipped with an access panel.
