Introduction of the product:

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a cutting-edge solution for waste gas treatment. It utilizes a regenerative chamber to absorb heat during oxidation, achieving high thermal efficiency of about 98%. With safety, reliability, and low operating costs, RTO is ideal for VOC removal.

Operational principle:

The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber for VOCs oxidation at 800 ºC. The treated gas undergoes heat recovery in a regenerator before being discharged.

Processing objects:

RTO is suitable for various industries, treating exhaust gases from reactors, centrifuges, coating operations, and more. It is designed for large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC concentrations below 5000PPM.

Processing capacity:

Capable of handling 5000-100000Nm3/h, with support for zeolite runner concentrations exceeding 100,000 square hours.
