The furnace features a vertical cylinder design, consisting of a drying section, pyrolysis section, burnout section, and burning section. It is constructed with high-quality refractory materials to prolong service life, reduce maintenance requirements, and lower operating costs. The water jacket and firebrick lining enhance temperature control and accelerate the pyrolysis process.
