Introduction of the Product:

 

Pyrolysis furnace is a vertical cylinder designed for continuous feeding, with two subtypes: grate rotation and double rotation of grate and furnace body structures. It consists of a drying section, pyrolysis section, burnout section, and burning section.

 

The furnace body is lined with corrosion-resistant, high temperature-resistant, and high-strength refractory materials, prolonging its service life and reducing maintenance requirements. The water jacket and firebrick structure improve temperature control and accelerate the pyrolysis process.

 

The furnace features a waste inlet at the top, burners on both sides, and a supply outlet at the bottom. It efficiently transforms waste into combustible gas through a controlled oxygen method, minimizing solid particle emissions.

 

Processing Object:

 

Centralized disposal of medical waste, household waste, and a small amount of industrial waste.

 

Processing Capacity:

 

2-80T/D.
