Down-flow Rotary Kiln:

Suitable for low moisture, high volatile materials, the down-flow operation mode is commonly used in waste incineration systems. It offers advantages such as lower temperature at the kiln head, simplified feed arrangement, and effective control means to prevent melting slag from high calorific value waste.

Counter-flow Rotary Kiln:

Designed for waste materials with higher moisture content and low flammability, the counter-flow rotary kiln is ideal for sludge drying. It ensures efficient drying and maximum mass and heat transfer for materials with higher moisture content.
