Down-flow Rotary Kiln:

It offers advantages like lower temperature at the kiln head, simplified feed arrangement, and effective control means to prevent melting slag from high calorific value waste.

Counter-flow Rotary Kiln:

Designed for waste materials with higher moisture content and low flammability, the counter-flow rotary kiln is ideal for sludge drying. It ensures high heat conduction efficiency, rapid combustion rate, and high thermal efficiency compared to down-flow processes.
