Introduction of the product:

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) from Jiangsu Wanxin Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. consists of a regenerative chamber, an oxidation chamber, a fan, etc. It absorbs heat during the oxidation process of waste gas through the regenerative chamber, effectively reducing heat emissions and maintaining high thermal efficiency (about 98%). The equipment is safe, reliable, easy to operate and maintain, with low operating costs and a high VOCs removal rate.

Operational principle:

The organic exhaust gas undergoes preheating in the regenerative chamber, then enters the oxidation chamber for VOCs oxidation at approximately 800 ºC. The oxidized gas passes through another regenerator for heat treatment before discharge from the RTO system.

Processing objects:

RTO is suitable for a wide range of chemical plants, treating exhaust gases from reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It is ideal for large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC concentrations below 5000PPM.

Processing capacity:

5000-100000Nm3/h, with zeolite runner concentration support exceeding 100,000 square hours.
