RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is an innovative environmental solution developed by Jiangsu Wanxin Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. It efficiently treats waste gas by utilizing a regenerative chamber, oxidation chamber, and fan. The unique design allows for heat absorption during the oxidation process, resulting in reduced emissions and high thermal efficiency.
The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber, where it undergoes high-temperature oxidation to decompose VOCs. The treated gas then goes through a regenerator for further heat treatment before being discharged from the system.
RTO is ideal for chemical plants involved in various production processes like reactors, centrifuges, and coating operations. It effectively treats large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases, with VOC concentrations typically below 5000PPM.
RTO can handle processing capacities ranging from 5000 to 100000Nm3/h, supporting concentrations exceeding 100,000 square hours.
