The Rotary Incineration Kiln, offered by Jiangsu Wanxin Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., is a highly efficient waste treatment solution with a market share of approximately 85%. It is capable of handling solid, liquid, and gaseous wastes simultaneously. The equipment is available in two types: down-flow and counter-flow.
The down-flow operation mode is ideal for low moisture, high volatile materials commonly found in waste incineration systems. It offers advantages such as lower kiln head temperature, simplified feed arrangement, and easy operation and maintenance. This type of kiln also includes control measures to prevent melting slag from high calorific value waste.
Designed for waste materials with higher moisture content and low flammability, the counter-flow rotary kiln is primarily used for sludge drying. It requires higher flue gas temperature and longer contact time to effectively dry the material and release volatile water.
The Rotary Incineration Kiln can handle various waste materials including chemical waste residue, sludge, electronic products, household waste, medical waste, and more. It is also capable of processing waste liquid and exhaust gas.
Ranging from 3 to 400 tons per day.
