Introduction of the RTO Product:

The RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is designed with a regenerative chamber, oxidation chamber, fan, and more. It efficiently absorbs heat during waste gas oxidation, reducing heat emissions and maintaining a high thermal efficiency of about 98%. The RTO is known for its safety, reliability, ease of operation, low costs, and high VOCs removal rate.

Operational Principle:

The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber for VOCs oxidation at around 800 ºC. The treated gas undergoes heat treatment in another regenerator before being discharged from the RTO system.

Processing Objects:

The RTO is suitable for various chemical plants, treating exhaust gases from reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It is ideal for large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC concentrations below 5000PPM.

Processing Capacity:

Capable of processing 5000-100000Nm3/h, with zeolite runner concentration support exceeding 100,000 square hours.
