Introduction of the Product:

 

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a cutting-edge environmental solution that efficiently treats waste gas emissions. It features a regenerative chamber, oxidation chamber, fan, and more. By harnessing heat during the oxidation process, RTO minimizes emissions and maximizes thermal efficiency, achieving a rate of about 98%. This equipment is known for its safety, reliability, ease of operation, low costs, and high VOCs removal rate.

 

Operational Principle:

 

The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber, where it undergoes high-temperature oxidation to eliminate VOCs. The treated gas then passes through another regenerator for further heat treatment before being discharged.

 

Processing Objects:

 

RTO is ideal for various chemical plants, handling exhaust gases from reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It excels in treating large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC levels below 5000PPM.

 

Processing Capacity:

 

RTO can process 5000-100000Nm3/h, with support for concentrations exceeding 100,000 square hours using zeolite runners.
