This equipment can efficiently handle solid, liquid, and gaseous wastes, offering two types of operation modes: down-flow and counter-flow.
Suitable for low moisture, high volatile materials, the down-flow operation mode is commonly used in waste incineration systems. It features a lower temperature at the kiln head, simplified feed arrangement, and convenient operation and maintenance. This mode is ideal for preventing melting slag from high calorific value waste.
Designed for waste materials with higher moisture content and low flammability, the counter-flow mode is perfect for sludge drying. It requires higher flue gas temperature and longer contact time for effective drying and volatile water release.
The Rotary Incineration Kiln can handle various waste materials including chemical waste residue, sludge, electronic products, household waste, and medical waste. It is also suitable for processing waste liquid and exhaust gas.
