The Liquid Waste Furnace is designed with a vertical or horizontal structure, featuring a refractory pouring system. Key components include a waste liquid storage tank, filter, pressure transmitters, waste liquid pump, automatic regulating valve, flow meter, atomizer, compressed air, and pressure transmitters. The waste liquid spray gun atomizes the waste liquid efficiently into the furnace.

The waste liquid pipeline is made of corrosion-resistant materials with a dual filter system to prevent blockages. Special design is required for incinerating waste liquid with salt to ensure complete combustion of organic matter while preventing salt melting. Precise temperature control is crucial to maintain furnace temperature stability.
