Product Description
Centrifugal fan is essentially a variable flow and constant pressure device. When the rotational speed is constant, the pressure-flow theoretical curve of the centrifugal fan should be a straight line. The actual characteristic curve is curved due to internal losses. The pressure generated in the centrifugal fan is greatly affected by the change of intake air temperature or density. For a given intake volume, the highest intake temperature (the lowest air density) produces the lowest pressure. For a given pressure and flow characteristic curve, there is a power and flow characteristic curve. When the blower is operating at a constant speed, the power required for a given flow rate increases as the intake temperature decreases.
Commonly used centrifugal fan types are as follows:
1, industrial centrifugal fan
2, dust removal/environmental protection fan
3, anti-corrosion/explosion-proof fan
4, high temperature boiler induced draft fan
The main products of domestic centrifugal fan manufacturers are more than 50 series of large-scale industrial blowers, ventilators, gas blowers, coke oven blowers, multi-stage high-pressure centrifugal blowers, single-stage high-speed centrifugal blowers, and more than 400 kinds of energy-saving centrifugal fan products. Widely used in iron and steel smelting, thermal power generation, new dry cement, petrochemical, sewage treatment, waste heat recovery, gas recovery and nuclear power and other fields.
