Down-flow Rotary Kiln:

Suitable for low moisture, high volatile materials, the down-flow operation mode is widely used in waste incineration systems. It offers advantages such as lower temperature at the kiln head, simplified arrangement, and control means to prevent melting slag.

Counter-flow Rotary Kiln:

Designed for waste materials with higher moisture content and low flammability, primarily for sludge drying. It requires higher flue gas temperature and longer contact time for effective drying.
