Introduction of the Product:

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a cutting-edge environmental solution that efficiently treats exhaust gases while minimizing heat emissions. It features a regenerative chamber, oxidation chamber, and fan, ensuring high thermal efficiency of about 98%.

Operational Principle:

The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber, where VOCs are oxidized at approximately 800 ºC. The treated gas then undergoes heat treatment before being discharged from the system.

Processing Objects:

RTO is ideal for chemical plants dealing with reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It effectively treats large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC concentrations below 5000PPM.

Processing Capacity:

RTO can handle 5000-100000Nm3/h, supporting zeolite runner concentrations exceeding 100,000 square hours.
