The solid furnace offered by Jiangsu Wanxin Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. comes in vertical and horizontal types, with water-cooled wall and refractory mud pouring structures. The furnace is suitable for high or low calorific value waste and can be operated manually or with automatic feeding and ash extraction.
The furnace features a grate based on material composition, a cooling ash bin, and oxygen supplementation. It is ideal for remote areas where centralized waste treatment is not feasible, allowing for on-site incineration of various waste types, including animal carcasses and household garbage. To meet emission standards and prevent secondary pollution, an advanced exhaust gas treatment device is included, recycling hot water, hot air, and steam for residential and industrial use.
The solid furnace can handle industrial hazardous waste (solid, liquid), sludge, and general household waste.
