Introduction of the Product:

Pyrolysis furnace can be categorized into fixed and continuous types. Continuous pyrolysis furnace includes grate rotation and double rotation of grate and furnace body structures.

The furnace consists of a drying section, pyrolysis section, burnout section, and burning section. It is lined with corrosion-resistant, high temperature-resistant, and high-strength refractory materials to prolong service life and reduce maintenance requirements.

The furnace body is constructed with a water jacket and lined with firebrick structure to improve temperature and accelerate the pyrolysis process. The waste inlet is at the top, burners are on both sides, and a supply outlet is at the bottom.

Processing Object:

Centralized disposal of medical waste, household waste, and a small amount of industrial waste.

Technical Advantages:

1. Organic matter in garbage is pyrolyzed into combustible gas through oxygen control method, minimizing solid particle emissions.


2. Incineration system is sealed, with a sealing cover on top to collect gas for the secondary combustion chamber.
