Introduction of the product:

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a cutting-edge solution for waste gas treatment. It utilizes a regenerative chamber to absorb heat during the oxidation process, resulting in high thermal efficiency of about 98%. This equipment is known for its safety, reliability, and low operating costs.

Operational principle:

The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber for VOCs oxidation at approximately 800 ºC. The treated gas undergoes heat recovery in another regenerator before being discharged from the RTO system.

Processing objects:

RTO is suitable for various industries, including chemical plants, reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It effectively treats large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC concentrations below 5000PPM.

Processing capacity:

Capable of handling 5000-100000Nm3/h with zeolite runner concentration support exceeding 100,000 square hours.
