Rotary incineration kiln, offered by Jiangsu Wanxin Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., is a leading solution in waste treatment, holding an impressive market share of approximately 85%. This innovative equipment can efficiently handle solid, liquid, and gaseous wastes. The rotary kiln is available in two types: down-flow and counter-flow.
Perfect for low moisture, high volatile materials, the down-flow operation mode is widely used in waste incineration systems. It boasts advantages such as lower kiln head temperature, simplified feed arrangement, and easy operation and maintenance. This type of kiln is equipped with control measures to prevent melting slag from high calorific value waste.
Designed for waste materials with higher moisture content and low flammability, the counter-flow rotary kiln is ideal for sludge drying applications. It requires higher flue gas temperature and longer contact time to effectively dry the material and release volatile water.
Chemical waste residue, sludge, electronic products, household waste, medical waste, lithium electronics industry waste, as well as waste liquid and exhaust gas.
3-400T/D.
