Introduction of the product:
Organic waste gas is produced in the production process of petroleum, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, plastics, pharmaceutical, coating and other industries. These gases often consist of hydrocarbon compounds as well as organic compounds that contain oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur, halogen, and phosphorus. Traditional methods for purifying organic waste gases exist; however, these methods often result in incomplete purification and secondary pollution leading to non-compliance with environmental emission standards. The exhaust gas direct combustion furnace incineration system is utilized for the high-temperature incineration of organic waste gas with a high concentration. It ensures the thorough combustion of exhaust gas by adjusting the supply of primary fuel and combustion air, thereby maintaining the desired temperature within the furnace. Additionally, it determines the appropriate furnace volume based on the residence time of incineration flue gas to guarantee complete combustion and decomposition of organic matter in the exhaust gas.

Technical advantages:
