RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a cutting-edge solution for efficient waste gas treatment. It features a regenerative chamber, oxidation chamber, and fan, ensuring high thermal efficiency (about 98%) and a high VOCs removal rate. The system operates by preheating exhaust gas in the regenerative chamber, then oxidizing it in the oxidation chamber at approximately 800 ºC.

RTO is ideal for chemical plants dealing with exhaust gases from reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It excels in treating large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC concentrations below 5000PPM.
