RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a cutting-edge environmental solution that efficiently treats exhaust gases while minimizing heat emissions. It features a regenerative chamber, oxidation chamber, and fan, ensuring high thermal efficiency of about 98%.
The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber, where VOCs are oxidized at approximately 800 ºC. The treated gas then undergoes heat treatment in another regenerator before being discharged.
RTO is ideal for various chemical plants, handling exhaust gases from reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It excels in treating large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases.
RTO can handle 5000-100000Nm3/h, with support for zeolite runner concentrations exceeding 100,000 square hours.
