Rotary incineration kiln is widely used in waste treatment, commanding a market share of approximately 85%. It can handle solid, liquid, and gaseous wastes. The equipment is categorized into two types: down-flow and counter-flow.

Down-flow Rotary Kiln:

Suitable for low moisture, high volatile materials, widely used in waste incineration systems. Advantages include lower temperature at the kiln head, simplified arrangement, convenient operation, and control means to prevent melting slag.

Counter-flow Rotary Kiln:

Suitable for waste materials with higher moisture content and low flammability, primarily for sludge drying. Requires higher flue gas temperature and longer contact time.

Processing Object:

Chemical waste residue, sludge, electronic products, household waste, medical waste, lithium electronics industry, waste liquid, and exhaust gas.
