Introduction of the Product:

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) is a highly efficient exhaust gas treatment system consisting of a regenerative chamber, oxidation chamber, fan, and more. It utilizes heat absorption and preheating mechanisms to achieve a thermal efficiency of about 98%, reducing emissions and operating costs while maintaining high VOCs removal rates.

Operational Principle:

The organic exhaust gas is preheated in the regenerative chamber before entering the oxidation chamber, where it is heated to 800 ºC for VOCs oxidation. The treated gas then undergoes heat treatment in another regenerator before being discharged from the system, ensuring continuous operation.

Processing Objects:

RTO is ideal for chemical plants dealing with exhaust gases from reactors, centrifuges, dryers, coating operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It excels in treating large volumes of low-concentration exhaust gases with VOC concentrations below 5000PPM.

Processing Capacity:

RTO can handle 5000-100000Nm3/h with zeolite runner concentration support exceeding 100,000 square hours.
